Ground Beef: We grind very small batches several times throughout the day which produces a much higher quality product than grocery stores. We offer ground Chuck (85-15% fat ratio) and our house RFM Blend (80-20% fat ratio) of Brisket, Tenderloin and Sirloin that makes the best burgers ever

Pork
We specialize in Duroc and Berkshire heritage breads of pork. Our pork is ethically raised on small family farms and contains no added growth hormones or antibiotics.

House Made Sausages
We grind all our pork for sausage in house from whole pork shoulder and belly. No shortcuts or inexpensive pork trim is used….EVER! Our chicken sausages are ground from free range, all natural chicken thighs raised without added growth hormones or the use of antibiotics.
